The notary will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and executing various types of real estate files, including commercial real estate financing and commercial real estate transactions. The notary may also be required to draft easements, consents to cadastral modifications, etc., and to conduct title searches and prepare title reports. The notary will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele with autonomy.
EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor of Laws;
- Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec (Quebec Chamber of Notaries);
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in real estate law;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.

- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while rigorously respecting deadlines;
- Sense of initiative and organization, Resourcefulness, meticulousness, and autonomy; Team spirit; Intellectual curiosity.
