Procéder à l’ouverture, au maintien et à la fermeture des dossiers
Colliger les renseignements nécessaires, préparer et rédiger des actes notariés (ventes, refinancements, procurations, testaments, mandats de protection, successions, etc.) avec rigueur et exactitude
Transcrire des dictées dans les deux langues officielles
Gérer les demandes de fonds, répartitions et quittances en assurant un suivi efficace
Préparer et publier les documents aux registres
Communiquer avec les clients, les municipalités, les courtiers, les prêteurs, les assureurs, les promoteurs ou toute autre personne impliquée dans les transactions en offrant un service en toute confidentialité
Fournir un travail irréprochable, en garantissant l’exactitude et la conformité des documents transmis aux clients et intervenants
Collaborer avec l’équipe pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations dans les processus de gestion des clients et la coordination du travail

Qualifications

Diplôme en technique juridique (DEC) ou toute autre expérience équivalente
1 à 2 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier et succession (un atout)
